       Thermal power plants cannot generate electricity without circulating fluidized bed boilers, but because of the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boilers, they are prone to wear and tear. If the wear and tear is serious, it may lead to boiler burst, which directly affects the normal operation of the power plant and even affects the safety of other people's lives and property. Boiler anti-wear can be said to be important, anti-wear can improve the efficiency and safety of the boiler, thereby improving the economic benefits of the entire power plant.

  Water-cooled wall is generally arranged in the furnace chamber, through the heat generated by the combustion of the burner to the furnace water heating, due to coal quality, incomplete combustion and other reasons, the sulfur in the coal at high temperatures, chemical reaction, the production of sulfide attached to the water-cooled wall tube wall, resulting in heat transfer performance of the heating surface becomes poor, the resulting coking sulfide in the tube wall long-term corrosion, this defect generally occurs in the high temperature area of the boiler burnout wind, we also called High-temperature corrosion, it can directly lead to slowly thinning tube wall, until the burst tube, resulting in non-stop accidents, directly causing power loss. Secondly, due to the tube wall scaling is not easy to fall off resulting in a decrease in heat transfer capacity, the high temperature in the high-temperature region of the heat surface will be enhanced heat absorption, resulting in the phenomenon of overtemperature, the commissioning of the temperature reduction of water is also greatly increased, and increased operating costs and waste of water resources.


  In response to this phenomenon, in the anti-friction inspection, the defective tube is found to be replaced in time, and we can adopt the active heat-conducting grille anti-friction technology launched first. This technology is different from the previous passive thickening anti-wear technology, it is in the water-cooled wall surface along the horizontal and vertical direction, installed alloy grating plate to form a mesh grating, reduce the speed of the material particles on the surface of the water-cooled wall, block the formation of wall flow, and guide the flow of material circulation on the surface of the water-cooled wall, optimize the surface flow field to eliminate local vortex flow. The construction plan is designed according to the wear characteristics of different boilers, which can play a role in treating both the symptoms and the root cause of wear in circulating fluidized bed boilers. To ensure the boiler under high load long-cycle operation, and increase the boiler's fuel adaptability (such as increasing the proportion of gangue and other blending).
