       In order to solve the wear problem of circulating fluidized bed boiler, our research team has developed the heat-conducting grille anti-wear technology jointly with many famous research institutions, and finally successfully overcome the wear problem of water-cooled wall of CFB boiler.

  Wuhan Yongping Technology Co., Ltd, was officially registered in July 2014 and firstly launched the active thermally conductive grating anti-wear technology. This technology is different from the previous passive thickening anti-wear technology, it is installed in the water-cooled wall surface along the horizontal and vertical direction, alloy grating plate to form a mesh grating, reduce the speed of the material particles on the surface of the water-cooled wall, block the formation of the wall flow, and channel the flow cycle of the material on the surface of the water-cooled wall, optimize the surface flow field to eliminate local vortex flow.   Heat-conducting grille anti-wear technology has completely solved the world-wide problem of CFB boiler water-cooled wall prone to wear and leakage, which has long plagued the coal-fired cogeneration industry. The boiler maintenance cycle has been extended by more than 5 times compared with the original anti-wear technology, from less than 4,000 hours of continuous operation to more than 20,000 hours.
