      At present, China's thermal power plants still account for more than 50 percent of the power generation, circulating fluidized bed boilers are one of the main equipment for the production of power generation in thermal power plants. However, because of the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed itself, the problem of wear and tear is inevitable. If the boiler wear problem is serious and may even lead to boiler burst, this series of problems will lead to power plant downtime maintenance. This not only affects the smooth production of the power plant, but in serious cases may even produce safety accidents. For thermal power plants, boiler active anti-wear is essential.

  According to our years of experience, the analysis of boiler wear the main causes of wear for the following points.


  1, the impact of flue gas flow rate


  In the daily operation of the boiler, the higher the discharge flue gas flow rate, the more serious the wear and tear on the circulating fluidized bed boiler will be. And flue gas flow rate and air volume also has a certain connection, the greater the air volume, the greater the wear and tear; if the secondary air volume is larger, it will be a violent disturbance of the combustion conditions in the furnace, directly increasing the amount of wear and tear of the heated area, and all of these will cause losses to the boiler.


  2, flue gas particle concentration impact


  In the circulating fluidized bed boiler fuel combustion in the furnace chamber, will produce a large amount of flue gas, the greater the concentration of these flue gas particles, it will directly make the circulating fluidized bed boiler heating surface wear.


  3, the impact of the nature of the fuel


  Circulating fluidized bed boiler fuel used also has a great impact on the wear and tear of the boiler, fuel particle hardness, ash degree will cause wear and tear on the boiler. The greater the ash content, the greater the wear caused by the boiler.
